Do you clean both interior and exterior windows?Yes! We offer full-service window cleaning inside and out. We also clean skylights, window frames, and sills.

What is a pure water cleaning system?Pure water cleaning uses deionized water and a telescopic pole to clean windows without soap or chemicals. It’s safer, leaves no streaks, and is perfect for windows up to 3 stories high.

Do I need to be home for the service?Nope, you don’t need to be home as long as we have access to the windows.

What happens if it rains on my appointment day?Light rain doesn’t affect the quality of our cleaning, thanks to our pure water system. However, we’ll reschedule if the weather is severe or unsafe.

Do you clean window screens too?Yes, we can remove and clean your screens upon request for an additional fee. Just let us know when booking!

Are you insured?Yes. We are fully insured and WSIB-compliant for your peace of mind and ours.

How long does a typical window cleaning service take?It depends on the size of your home, but most full window cleanings take 1–3 hours. We’ll give you a time estimate when booking.

Can you remove hard water stains or paint overspray?Yes, we offer detailing for tough buildup like hard water stains or post-construction debris. Just mention it when booking and we’ll include it in your quote.

Do you clean commercial properties too?We do! We offer commercial window cleaning for storefronts, offices, and low-rise buildings. Ask us for a custom quote.

Is window cleaning safe for older or delicate windows?Yes. We use gentle tools and techniques that are safe for all types of windows, including older wood frames or custom glass.

Do you offer weekend appointments?We try to accommodate weekend bookings when possible. These time slots fill up fast, so book early if you need one!
Billing & Pricing
Payments Accepted
We accept cash, cheques, and e-transfer. If you choose to pay with credit or debit cards, once the job is complete, you’ll receive a digital invoice for quick and secure payment.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens—we get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours may be subject to a small fee to cover our team’s time.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We’re committed to delivering top-quality service every time. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll return to fix it—free of charge. Your satisfaction is our priority.
